We're aiming to raise

20 young people through PCYC NSW's Fit for Life program.
Every morning, Fit for Life gives young people aged 10 - 16 a powerful start to their day: physical fitness, a nutritious breakfast, and safe transport straight to school.
There are no barriers to participation. Just open doors, open minds, and a community that believes in every young person’s potential.
Support us and give 20 young people a chance to find connection and build healthy habits that last a lifetime.
