Fit 5 Funraiser

I'm taking part in the Fit 5 Funraiser challenge, raising vital funds for PCYC NSW

Hi!

I'm taking part in PCYC NSW's Fit 5 Fundraiser challenge this week, to help raise vital funds for PCYC's life changing youth programs, and support vulnerable, at-risk and disadvantaged young people across News South Wales.

The Fit 5 Funraiser is PCYC's Emergency Appeal during lockdown. I’ve taken on the challenge and will be working my way through 5 days of 25 minute guided blocks, featuring a new workout every day, nutrition tips, recipes, and tips from PCYC's Talent Team on staying mentally and physically well.

PCYC is currently losing over $250,000 per week in revenue due to the Covid health orders affecting 27 clubs in Sydney, the Illawarra and the Central Coast. This revenue funds their life changing programs, and the need for PCYC's programs is greater than ever. Please sponsor me by donating to my page to help ensure PCYC can kick-start these programs as soon as the lockdown lifts.

Any amount you felt you could give would be extremely appreciated. Thank you so much for your support!

My Updates

Day 1 -making a start

Friday 27th Aug
I laid out a mat on the back lawn & set up my laptop to do the first work out.  It was pretty quick & I had to keep pausing it to be able to follow along.  I then just worked it out & put up the exercises to follow.  There was 3 exercises & I had to do them 5 times.  It was okay & nice to be in the yard, right next to my Jasmine flowers.  I did two rounds without stopping & my heart was pounding.  It's been a while since that happened, I've been pretty lazy in lockdown.  That's why I decided to get off my butt & do this.  I feel a little less lazy after doing it.

Thank you to my Sponsors
